Existing Royal Product
Over the last 35 years we have manufactured hundreds of thousands of windows and doors that have been installed, either by Royal Windows and Doors or others, on homes located on Long Island.
We can still service the overwhelming majority of those products. The most important information we need in order to be able to help is to identify your original order and the company that did the installation.
If you are not the original purchaser of the windows and or doors that require service and you think that you have a Royal product you can send us photos and a description of the product and we may be able to identify whether it is a Royal product or not. For best results please specify the product that needs service, what the specific problem is and send photos that show both the product as well as the specific problem if it is visible. Once we receive your request and the photos, we will contact you to let you know that we got them and request additional information if necessary. If we have all the information we need we can proceed with your request and explain how we may be able to help.
Of course the simplest way to identify your original order would be to send us a copy of your Warranty along with the rest of the relevant information.
