Dear George,

We are loving our new front entry door, windows, and siding all around the house. It is indeed a blessing that we walked into your showroom that summer Sunday afternoon, after a long and arduous pursuit of the proper person to renovate our house and home. Actually, at the time we first met, we were strictly shopping for an entry door since we had tentatively planned to sign with a reputable, local contractor for our windows and siding. The extensive and full size display of doors and glass samples enabled us to see actual models rather than trying to envision them from photos in catalogs. Since a high end door was a significant purchase for us, we expected good value and excellence not only in appearance but in its manufacturing and engineering details for proper functionality and longevity. Your comprehensive and factual presentation and demonstrations provided the reasons we sought to select a Royal door over that of another well known, longstanding company.

Some weeks later, as we were exiting the showroom after signing the door contract, our attention casually shifted to the windows on display. The windows’ clean lines were appealing and just as due diligence, we cranked the casement windows and liked the solid feel of the unit and the mechanism. After you demonstrated the window operation and gave us an inside look into its construction, you offered us literature on the advantages of uPVC and energy specifications to examine at our leisure. We took time to re-evaluate and reconsider all our window options and ultimately chose Royal windows to replace our 48 year old aluminum sliders.

Then, we focused on the remaining exterior remodeling piece, namely that of siding. You showed us photos of your special wrapping and insulation taping techniques and use of high quality materials for vinyl siding installations. Needless to say we were impressed once again and decided to complete our remodeling trifecta by having Royal complete the siding with a “new installation” method for the windows. This provided a more streamlined look and more secure installation. All in all, during our three month relationship, we appreciated your intimate knowledge and pride in all your products and techniques and you made us feel that we were in a partnership on this project and that you had our best interests in mind. Thankfully we were never pressured into making hasty choices or selecting options beyond our budget allowance.

Your personal attention to detail and precision, and patient explanation of your product and processes won us over, to say nothing of your pleasing personality. The actual work was performed on time and as promised – there were no concerns on our part, and we remained worry-free. This was particularly important for us since we both work and maintaining a strict schedule and minimizing rework was critical. Chris and Andres were on the job promptly every day and created a new beautiful look to our home. Though Andres was always concentrating on his work, he was nevertheless accessible at all times, and willing to accommodate our every request.

We are so happy that we decided to enlarge the living room window – it is beautiful as well on the inside where Andres finished off the framing. The compliments on our new beautiful house have been many – it has certainly been a transformation. We almost do not recognize our own home.
