The window replacement turned out great! I’m extremely happy with the finished product. The windows look fantastic from both inside and outside the house, and I love the cranks. The installation team did an amazing job; they didn’t rush and went the extra mile to ensure a perfect install.

I purchased a sliding glass door with blinds , entry door ,kitchen door and 2 storm doors today at the Royal Windows and Doors store in Commack. I had the pleasure of working with George who provided excellent customer service . He was very patient and understanding and took his time explaining all the different options to my sister and i so we were able to design our door to our liking . He had us send him a picture of the front of our house and he was able to show us in the computer how our new door will look once it’s completed. They truly care about their customers i will never go any where else for windows and doors .Thank you very much George for all your help today.

I found something incredibly rare and completely amazing when I hired Royal to replace the windows in my townhome – AN HONEST CONTRACTOR! Chris and his team were terrific. The price was fair and the workmanship flawless. The contracting process was painless, and I did not have to beat anyone over the head to put commitments in writing. No handshakes or verbal agreements needed. The timing estimates for building and installing the windows were accurate. No mess left behind after installation. They even compiled all the information I needed to obtain a rebate from National Grid. Lastly, and most importantly, Chris gets extra points for successfully engaging my HOA in the project! Thank you to everyone at Royal for an excellent job.

Danny from Royal Window and Doors is the best salesman I have ever dealt with in my 18 years as a homeowner. After a traumatic experience and a poorly built door, Danny and his crew built and installed the front door of our dreams. His attention to detail, time spent with me at my house and in the showroom, and how he treated my son, will never be forgotten. Leo, the installer, did beautiful work: precise, diligent, and meticulous. I highly recommend!

My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Chris in designing our front door. He made this process as easy as it gets. Showing us different options and illustrated on computer with how it would actually look, after taking a picture of the front of our house. I love this process because we were able to make changes that otherwise we would of regretted because imagination and reality definitely differ. The quality of the door is excellent and the workers who installed it were professional and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this business and will be returning for windows and siding. Simply amazing! From the minute I walked into their showroom and was met by the owner who walked me through their doors to the wonderful installers, this was one of the best interactions I have had with a company. The owner went through the high quality doors they manufacture, they matched paint samples for color, and they installed the doors with ease. The whole process was done amazingly with such kindness and care. Highly recommend!

Very rarely do I get a chance to leave a 5 star review on a project we had done so I had to make it a point to leave Royal windows and Doors a review. We had the pleasure on working with Danny over at the Commack location. Danny walked us through EVERY little detail and helped us bring our inspiration to life. Our entry door wasn’t the normal door and never did I have to worry about something going wrong. We just had 27 windows replaced using Royal, it was a great experience from start to finish. Danny in the showroom was easy to work with and super knowledgeable. Leo the installer was top notch. The entire team at Royal Home Products was amazing to work with and I would recommend them without hesitation. From the day we walked into the showroom and met Danny to the craftsmanship performed by Leo, we received 5star service and treatment. Even to the point where they stepped in to take on parts of our home project that weren’t initially part of their scope. They figured out a way to make it all happen and help us. Personal Touch from owner and installer. 2nd to none!

We have used this company to replace our front door and our slider in the back. The quality of the product is amazing. Once installing both, our house has been so much quieter and warmer. I’m sitting here in my den on a freezing, windy January morning amazed by the difference. They also use the best installers. While installing both, issues came up that would have been a problem with others, but not for them. The completely repaired and made everything right for no additional costs. You get what you pay for here, an awesome product installed properly. Please work on black windows because we would love to have you do ours for our next project.
