One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Solon the owner was a pleasure to deal with, he came to my home, took measurements reviewed the entry door we wanted, how it’s made, colors, hardware and etc. On the day of the installation the installers arrived on time. The installer Chris is a real craftsman and detail oriented and his assistant David was also terrific. They kept the work site clean, they swept and vacuumed as they went along. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. I highly recommend this Company!

I had my front doors installed today.

The doors are absolutely gorgeous and the installers were fantastic, so professional and just lovely.

Had an appointment today at 4pm that I made over a week ago at 4:15pm no one showed up so I called only to be told they called my cell at 3:40pm to confirm my 4pm appointment and since I didn’t answer (never got a missed call or voicemail) and the traffic would be heavy now I would need to reschedule. When offered other times (none that would work for me) I was told to call back when I know my schedule……NEVER calling back will find a company that wants business!

I got my new door from Royal a couple of weeks ago. I am sooo happy! Danny was fabulous. So helpful in helping me find the perfect door. The install crew was wonderful as well. Highly highly recommend.

We are so pleased with our new double doors from Royal. Chris was awesome in helping us decide on just the right style for our home. The craftsmanship is wonderful and the installation was seamless. The install crew was very professional, courteous and neat. Would recommended Royal over and over again.

Danny and his team did an absolutely incredible job! I was looking to add more sunlight to my home, and Danny and his team guided me throughout the entire process. After taking time to understand everything I was looking for, they created a mock up design for us to consider— and ultimately, after we decided to go with their mock up, the new windows they installed turned out even better! It was exactly what I wanted and more. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future.

As soon as I entered the Commack NY Showroom I could see the quality of the doors.

The door were beautiful. Danny the owner came to the house took photos the the front and then the next day we went to the store to meet him. He showed us how the front of the house looked and what it could look like with one of Royals Doors. My husband and I knew what we wanted we picked it out and also a storm door.

I have to say we are getting many compliments. The door and side light are just beautiful.

Had great experience with Royal but even better-2 years later a problem developed and Solon (management) immediately came to my home with Chris who originally installed my front doors and fixed problem with no issues. They completely stood by their work “and then some”

My wife and I ordered custom double 8ft doors with Danny at the commack location, the time frame for building and delivery where slowed down by Covid ( to be expect ) but every time I called for status I was given a true status and update never blow off or ignored ! Upon the doors coming in the installation was extremely prioritized and the installer Chris was nothing short of AMAZING! Upon installation the color was not exactly what talked about so the owner stepped in and fix the problem no questions asked and was on the job sight to oversee and resolve the issue to our complete satisfaction! People love to use reviews to complain , but this review is being written to say what great company that truly cared about customer satisfaction , thank to everyone at royal ?

We had just about every single window of our house replaced in the middle of January and royal windows and doors did a fantastic job! The workers were very thorough, cleaned up after themselves every single day, and were very accommodating for me and my daughter as we were home every day while they worked. My daughter is 16 months and as they worked from room to room, they helped in keeping me informed of how the job was progressing and telling me when we should get ready to hang out in a different part of the house. My husband and I highly recommend them for any window job. We have noticed a huge difference in our thermostat already and the quality of the windows are a huge improvement to what we had before. We will be using them when we finally decide to do our front and back doors!

From start to finish, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in updates and improvements to my home as often times that process for one reason or another is NOT enjoyable. Chris was exceptional and took the time to explain to me the differences between the windows that Royal produces and other companies and what really drives their competitive advantage from a product standpoint. George and Chris came for the measuring which was seamless as they were in and out within 10 minutes and also made it possible to use my old blinds which was very important to me. The install was really exceptional, it’s hard to find people who care about what they do these days and Royal genuinely does from start to finish. The product itself, is absolutely gorgeous, I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend Royal as it’s a phenomenally run family business!
