Royal provided an absolutely excellent service. I was very concerned about replacing windows (I’ve never done this before) and wasn’t sure what I would even need.

I called a few places and in the end decided to go with Royal.

I called to schedule an appointment and was able to have someone come out to the house the same week to take measurements. They drafted up some designs that we went over in the showroom and we were able to work together to pick the right look and price (we got a great deal for 20 windows and a beautiful door).

Installation: A team of 3 came out, they replaced all the windows very efficiently. They did all the work and even vacuumed when they were done.
(You wouldn’t be able to tell anyone was there).

The whole Royal team was extremely professional! I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends!

STAY AWAY !!! Looked for door replacement but guy on the phone said if they come over for a consultation I have to sign that day ?? WHAT A DESPERATE SALES PITCH !!

From the moment we walked in and saw the beautiful showroom doors we knew we wanted a door from Royal. Then, we had the pleasure to meet Chris the consultant who was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He was very fast and prompt in responding to our questions and kept us updated throughout the manufacturing process of our entry door.

Our door installation date came much earlier than expected which was very exciting, and we were very lucky to have the other Chris install the door for us on a cold Saturday. The worksmanship was fantastic, Chris was very attentitive to detail and made sure the installation was done the right way like a true professional.

Royal Windows and Doors not only met our expectations but far exceeded them! My wife and I shopped several places over a few months in search of a new entry door. After receiving a mailer for Royal we visited their Bayshore location and were impressed immediately with the size of the place and all the doors/glass they had on display. We were met by Chris who was extremely helpful and walked us through the entire selection process from door/glass style, color, hardware etc. Chris took his time and helped us customize our perfect door. Best of all the price was fair and the wait wasn’t long, slightly over 2 months from order to installation. Chris was always available during that time period and kept us up to date about where the door was in the manufacturing process. On installation day the installer, also named Chris, and two other workers were on time and extremely professional. They took their time and were absolute perfectionists. Chris was not done until he sweated every last detail. The end result was our dream doors. From start to finish we couldn’t be happier with Royal, their employees and their craftsmanship. We’ll be paying a visit to Royal in the near future when we get our windows replaced. Customers for life!

AMAZING!!! I had my front entry door replaced by Royal Windows and Doors. I did go to multiple stores and looked at different manufacturers, pretty much all of the same products from one place to another. NOTHING compares to Royal Windows and Doors. I walked into showroom and immediately fell in love with a door. Yes, it was more expensive than what you find at the normal chain stores, but the craftsmanship and quality is above all else!! The door itself, the ironwork, the door jam, everything down to the interior trim they replaced around the door inside my home, is great quality and was done PERFECTLY!! The crew cleaned up after themselves, impeccable job! Would’ve never known the door was just installed. It just looks beautiful. I am so happy, actually ecstatic!! I could not recommend this company more. Also, the men I met with, Solon and George, are just two of the nicest people. Very genuine and warm, took time to work with me and educate me on the choices I had. Really incredible! I LOVE my new door! Worth it in every way! Thank you!!

About 6 months ago we had our front door replaced by Royal. This was a custom door that was over 15k and my wife and I thought it was expensive however we were looking for a different look and liked the door. After the installation the door looks great and recently we noticed the finish on the door was rubbing off so I called our Salesman and he couldn’t care less. First he told me to call the service department because he couldn’t be bothered and then he told me that it was my fault because my hands have oils on them which caused the finish to rub off after 6 months. I called the service department 5 times and got the run around each time and they still haven’t called back. To be honest, all I was expecting was some touch up paint or stain that I would apply. It’s very obvious that this company does not stand by its products and the customer service is poor . I would not recommend this company to anyone because this was a small issue so I could not imagine what they would do for a major issue

We are beyond pleased at the workmanship and quality of our new front door and kitchen slider. The front door is beautifully made and was expertly installed. The slider has the blinds enclosed and was also installed with care. Not one moment of tension or stress. George (the owner) helped us every step of the way. He really knows his business and gave us expert guidance. We are thrilled with the outcome and recommend Royal Windows and Doors highly!!

I had an emergency and Royal Windows and Doors was fantastic. They were extremely responsive and helpful. They responded immediately and sent someone to my house right away. Leo was excellent, he was at my house within 20 minutes and went above and beyond to help and resolve the issue. This company is professional and reliable. We had a new beautiful wood front door made for our home by Royal Windows and Doors and the experience from start to finish was excellent! From the design, to the planning and installation of the door – everyone was professional, communicative and beyond helpful. We had a hard deadline for installing the door due to the scheduling of our siding replacement and they were able to get us the door on time – actually early! The installation was quick and clean up was complete after the job. The outcome was an absolutely beautiful door that we are proud to have on our home. Thank you and we will return when we replace our windows next year!

Door looks fantastic and have gotten alot of compliments from neighbors and friends. The whole experience was a pleasure starting with Ceasar who explain how well the door is made to Chris and David who install our door. Chris and David did a professional job. They arrive on time and completed with the estimated time they gave me and clean up perfect. I would highly recommend this business.
