When it came time for me to replace my original entry door i researched a number of companies on long island and decided to give Royal Windows and Doors a call. Chris Kaimis worked with me and my wife and took us through the showroom and even factory floor to show us everything that would be going into our brand new door. He then followed up with a visit to my home to take measurements and had some color samples, all the while answering any questions that i had. The install team that came was extremely professional and courteous and everything went smoothly. I couldn’t recommend Royal Windows and Doors enough, very professional work and I will definitely be calling them in the future.

Royal just completed installation on a new front entry and a new 8′ sliding patio door. I am very pleased with the entire experience. I came here today to leave a review. But first I read a few of the other recent reviews. I read this one below and decided to save myself some time and just copy and paste it here, as it was literally word-for-word what I would say:

One of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Solon the owner was a pleasure to deal with, he came to my home, took measurements reviewed the entry door we wanted, how it’s made, colors, hardware and etc. On the day of the installation the installers arrived on time. The installer Chris is a real craftsman and detail oriented and his assistant David was also terrific. They kept the work site clean, they swept and vacuumed as they went along. Everyone I dealt with was professional and personable. I highly recommend this Company!

I have had them replace doors and windows three times over ten years. In the office Danny is a pleasure to deal with. On the installation side Chris and David are true professionals. Attention to every detail and they leave no trace behind. I highly recommend Royal.

Tight parking dock, I am a truck driver, came in night but no parking at the location and gate is closed, hard to find parking spot in night, finally found parking at FOOD MART WAREHOUSE near to this location , truck driver please park there if you came in night, otherwise people are good and fast unloading, lot of restaurants if you came before 10 pm

I recently used Royal for my front window replacement. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and made sure all of my questions were answered. They took their time explaining my options and all of the next steps, etc. The window replacement looks beautiful- their work speaks for itself. I would highly recommend using Royal if you are in need of any exterior work.

Royal Windows and Doors recently replaced the front door of our home. They provided a great experience from start to finish. They quickly helped us identify the right style for our home, took careful measurements, and were very respectful when they were in our space. Their installation team also took great care to ensure that our new door fit securely and was well-insulated. It has only been a few days, but we are already noticing that our home feels warmer than it did with our previous door. Plus, our new door is beautiful and eye-catching.

Royal Winfows provided excellent custom work to replace my sliding patio doors and construct new molding around the inside and outside of the doors. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency and Royal Windows and Doors was fantastic. They were extremely responsive and helpful. They responded immediately and sent someone to my house right away. Leo was excellent, he was at my house within 20 minutes and went above and beyond to help and resolve the issue. This company is professional and reliable.
