Dear Danny,

Our 16 new windows are in, and they're beautiful. Each of them has been washed, and with ease because of the smooth-operating tilt-in system.

Best of all, the windows are very tight and well-sealed, with no drafts. The high winds and rains of last weekend were the test, and the windows passed with flying colors.

Installer Anthony and his helper were neat, clean, and courteous, and demonstrated the operation of the windows and answered all of our questions about them.

Because of our high rating of satisfaction with the two slider doors installed last spring, and the new windows, we would unhesitatingly recommend Royal Windows and Doors to any potential customers.

Approximately 8 months ago, we purchased a condominium which needed a lot of work. The windows were horrid. We couldn't open them, the screens had holes and as the colder weather was approaching us, the drafts were very noticeable.

But, never living on Long Island, and not knowing any contractors who could I get to start the window replacement which l decided should be done first. One day, I was looking through the condo hand-book when I saw an advertisement by Royal Windows which stated servicing the area for more than 20 years. Wow I thought, if they weren't good would they be in the area so long. Not, knowing anyone that used them, I still decided to call.

I received a very friendly telephone response, and a quick appointment at my home to speak to me about the replacement, the gauge of the window, the price, the workmanship and when they would be installed, etc. At this point, I felt very confident that I made the right choice, and it was the owner who came to my home. Another, plus. He was standing behind his sales pitch.

I first ordered a Bay window for my dining room. It came on time, in perfect condition with two competent workmen to do the work. They installed the window to perfection and cleaned up after themselves. You wouldn't even know I had this work done.

I have since ordered another 7 windows and am still confident. I expect the same service and quality of window. As my home improvements move along, I expect to be doing more business with Royal Window Inc.

I thank George and those that work for him for a job well done and would most definitely recommend this company.

Meryl and I just wanted to thank you and let you and your company know just how pleased we are with the fine job that was done in our home last week. Your knowledge and help in selecting the right products was invaluable, and the fine job done by Chris and his partner was outstanding in all respects. Whatever little issue that came up, Chris had the right answer to, and it was easy to see that he is a master mechanic of his trade.

The doors are just beautiful, and we get many compliments on it. The brass and glass in it have made the foyer just light up and come alive with sunshine yet eliminating any drafts that we used to have. The new saddle and cement work look and feel solid and professional, too. The octagon window in the main level bath is both colorful and well insulated, and I know just how difficult it was to fabricate and install such a custom sized item.
