Everyone we came into contact from Royal was polite and professional. It made the entire process so easy for us. I also want to highly commend Andreas and Dimitri who came to install our door. They are two of the nicest people we have ever met. Andreas' work is meticulous, and he is such a perfectionist. We had recently updated our ceramic floor and the area close to the doorframe was not completely leveled. Well, needless to say, Andreas made sure that our door was going to be perfect when he was done and that certainly was the case. I can see that he is training his son to have the same workmanship as his. We were thrilled with the care and time they spent in working at our home. As a professional couple we can tell when management creates a positive environment for their staff to excel and that is very evident here. Keep up the good work!

I hope this letter finds you and your family well. My wife Dina and I wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how happy we are with our new doors and window. We were both somewhat apprehensive when we started shopping around but you made the whole process a breeze. We loved the design of the windows from the onset, but the finished product exceeded our expectations. The installers were diligent and courteous and did a fantastic job. It was obvious to us that they are real craftsmen who take a great deal of pride in their work. Even my father-in-law, an old world perfectionist himself, was very impressed with the quality of the finished product and the workmanship of the installation.

To Whom It May Concern:

Recently I decided I needed to replace my front and back storm doors, the type in which the screens and storm pull up and down. The paint was flaking off, the windows were jammed, the doors were warped, and they were not closing and sealing properly. The molding, which the door frames were attached to, was rotting and falling away from the entrance doors. There was a problem with drainage and water was seeping into the wood.

Once I made the decision to replace them, I tried to find a company to do the job right and pay attention to details. I tried several major companies and manufacturers in the area. I was the invisible man, no one would acknowledge or help me in their showrooms or answer any questions. That all changed when I landed at ROYAL. Dan Wiener was with me within minutes and was very knowledgeable and courteous, answering all my questions. We set up an appointment for him to come to my home. He arrived on time, analyzed the problems and presented me with viable solutions addressing all my concerns.

After exploring these options, I decided on purchasing new front and rear entrance doors, storm doors and two energy star windows for an extra room that needed them. The price was considerably higher than some of the “home” stores but the quality of the product I was getting more than made up for it. My doors and windows were custom made and took about three weeks to make. They were absolutely beautiful with a baked on paint finish and plastic weather proof frames. The price I was quoted included everything, from manufacturing to installation. I didn't have to do a thing!

Phase II was the installation. It couldn't have gone any easier Chris and Raul showed up exactly when scheduled to install the doors and windows. Chris was a rare true craftsman, meticulous in his work and paying close attention to every detail. He and Raul were a great team, very polite, courteous, neat and respectful of my home. I want to commend them on the finished project.

I am so happy I walked into ROYAL that day and decided to choose quality over cost. I have two beautiful entryways and windows which will last a lifetime. The quality of the custom made product and the expert installation is money well spent. Thank you ROYAL from an extremely satisfied customer!

Dear Danny:

We join the legion of Royal's customers who have become your friends and supporters and to salute Royal for its commitment to excellence in its design, production and installation. Several months ago, when we visited your showroom and read the accolades that decorate your offices, we had high hopes that someday we could join their ranks.

At our meetings (both in our home across the kitchen table and at Royal's factory), you were thoroughly knowledgeable about Royal's windows and gave us valuable (and needed) advice as to the window replacement process. At every turn, you assured us that Royal's windows, and their installation, would meet and likely exceed our expectations. In fact, Royal's performance has lived up to your assurances.

We knew that the window replacement process would not be an easy one. Our home was built with cedar shake shingles and its peculiar design made replacement quite difficult. Our neighbor (with a similar home design) had terrible problems when his front windows had to be replaced causing one contractor to completely replace and re-install the first set of replacement windows. Nevertheless, you told us not to worry and that your master installer, Chris, could tackle any problems. Chris came highly recommended (as did Royal) because Royal had replaced all of the windows in my sister-in-law's development. As it happened, although Chris used extremely expensive materials for the facing of certain windows, we were not perfectly happy with the design and told you so.

Your commitment to customer service was unhesitating. No sooner did we comment, but you came to our home, surveyed the windows, and then worked with Chris on crafting a different facing. Although the old facing had to be removed completely on almost two dozen windows, Chris and his assistant did so immediately. Although only a few windows were prominent, you decided to change the facing on all of them. By the time Chris was finished, every window had been installed and finished to perfection, as you promised when we first met. Of course, although there was construction in every room, there was never a trace of dust, much less debris.

Because of the work that we do, we encounter "professionals" on a daily basis who either ignore or run from their commitments, instead of fulfilling them. As a result, we have become somewhat jaded in our view of those seeking business who make promises at the outset of the relationship. On the other hand, we know that certain professionals are dedicated to their work, jealous of their reputations, and self-motivated to internal standards of excellence. Clearly, Royal, Chris and you fall into the latter category. Your efforts, and those herculean efforts of Chris in implementing the new facing design, demonstrated to us that Royal, and you, are at the pinnacle of your profession, and display exemplary integrity.

We are certain that Royal will continue to flourish as we and the thousands of satisfied customers whom you have befriended tout Royal's excellence to future Royal customers.

Thank you and your staff again for the great job you did on the installation of my terrace door. Not only do the new door and the crown molding look great, but the door is much quieter than the noisy aluminum door it replaced. I've also noticed a huge difference with the 'low-E' glass as well. No longer am I baking like a hot potato when I sit on my couch and watch TV. I have not even lowered my outside blinds to block the sunlight, as there is no longer any need to do so.

The best part though is, I received my current electric bill and learned that as a result of all of the energy I am saving from the new door, my monthly rate has been reduced from

To say the least my husband and I are very happy with the new windows and doors. You were right on with your suggestions and the vision you saw for our home. We have had nothing but compliments on the product and the workmanship.

When we first came into your showroom, we were very impressed with the variety you had on displayed. Before coming to you we had been to another window company, and we were not as overwhelmed as we were with your product. The salesman we spoke with was your average typical representative of the company be worked for. We had made an appointment with him to come and give us an estimate. We were told of his busy schedule, but he could fit us within the next week. When meeting with you it was a relaxed meeting and once you were satisfied with what we were looking for you proceeded to make an appointment within the next few days. You came took measurements, spoke with my husband regarding the project and got back to us within 24 hours. You had an estimate prepared and a plan for our home. The rest is history. Needless to say, we left you and cancelled the appointment with the other company.

You were professional, you let your product speak for itself and more important you were “a man of your word”. We felt comfortable and very confident that you were the company we wanted to do business with. You gave us a very trusting feeling. Now, let me explain something. My husband is a "shopper" we obtain at least 3 estimates on any work we are looking to do. We compare product, price and quality. Your presentation stood out so much that we both felt no other estimates were needed. Our instincts told us to allow this company to do the work.

Your work team John & Lou were proficient, courteous and productive. They wasted no time. Your measurements were perfect. Your design is outstanding. I cannot say enough about you, your staff and the product. Dan you can leave your sign outside my home forever as far as I am concern. I want everyone to know where they should go for a “job well done”. Even my father­ in-law was impressed, that alone says it all! He even asked if you go to Pennsylvania so you can do his windows. Now that's an admiring comment!

This is a statement praising three members of the above company's staff, namely our salesman, Mr. Cesar Matos, and the group of installers, Andreas and Mario.

We have to highly thank, praise and give big time credit to these three gentlemen who exceeded the courtesy, the expertise, the promptness, and the quality of their work.

On Saturday 29, 2008 we came through the doors at the company and met Mr. Matos, who as a salesman convinced us in no time on what we were looking for, new windows for our house. In less than an hour, we were already done looking, choosing, deciding, and signing a contract for the job. We were told the job would take between four to five weeks by the time they would be made right at the premises.

The windows were actually installed nine days later, in two days, by Andreas and Mario. We already had vinyl siding, and the job Andreas and Mario did, the extra work they encountered was taken with ease and amazing expertise. Kudos, Kudos!!!

We had visited other companies and the comparison of the professionalism offered by the mentioned individuals led us to choose Royal Windows without a doubt.
