We were amazed at how quickly they were able to complete the installation and how accommodating they were to the varied schedules of our residents.

We are more than pleased with the windows themselves. Not only are they beautiful, but also, they have reduced street noise substantially. In addition, this is the first winter that I can remember when no one is complaining about the cold. The windows are certainly reducing our heating costs and I expect our air conditioning costs will be much lower as well.

It is a great feeling to know that Suzanne and I made the correct decision when we selected Royal Home Products to replace our doors - main and rear entrance.

The sales process, meeting deadlines and total quality are key elements to success and Royal delivered beyond expectations. Visiting the showroom was our first impression and as they say, first impressions only happen once. The showroom is very well designed, and this was one of the key factors in helping us to select Royal.

But the real key was you. Dan, you exemplify service. You explained and showed us everything, took us into the factory to explain how the doors are made, did not rush us during the sales process and importantly did not jump off to another customer. What we liked the best was the fact that you had the courage to tell us what we should not do. You worked the computer, came to the house for a measurement and gave us a very fair price. The doors were delivered on time and the installation crew did a wonderful job - one-day, clean installation and very nice people.

The final product is a "statement" main entrance door. It is exactly what we wanted, and it gives us great pleasure to look at it. The main entrance door has changed the face of the house. It is a unique architectural piece. The pool entrance door is also exactly what we wanted.

I can't express how pleased I am with my two new doors. I had to write to you to let you know the compliments I have received on the doors.

I looked at many places on Long Island and found your company to be the best price for the quality I received. The quality of these doors was far above other competitors that I viewed and priced.

However, what sold me on you doing this job was your genuine and sincere opinion. When I spoke with you regarding a problem I had with my doors, you took the time to sit with me and discuss the situation I brought up to you. You explained what could be done and how it will be resolved. You went far above 'selling' me a door. You explained what you would do, and you corrected it.

It was in my best interest what you did, by showing me what you could do for my home. For that I am grateful and happy to have had an honest representative as yourself come in my home and take time to discuss things with me.

The workers themselves were extremely courteous and neat. They cleaned up afterwards and my home was left as it was when they arrived. Dear Mr. Wiener

It's amazing how the new door from Royal changed the entire look of our house, the enhanced curb appeal has neighbors coming for a closer look and we are happy to recommend Royal to anyone.

When we are asked how we selected Royal for our home improvement contractor from the many companies advertising similar products the answer is really easy.

We shopped around, visited showrooms of the big box, big name home improvement stores and their smaller competitors but it never felt totally comfortable to do the deal. We wanted someone who manufactured the door and also made the installation to avoid any conflicts.

Daniel, you made it easy for us to do the deal. Before discussing price, you gave us a detailed show and tell explanation of how your doors are made and followed that up with a tour of the factory where they are made. That is very impressive, can't do that at big box places. For additional confidence you insured us your own crews would install your manufactured doors. Your price was competitive, and we placed the order.

The door was installed within the quoted time by Anthony who took great care in working in and outside the house.

We are pleased with the experience in dealing with Royal Windows and Doors and will place you at the top of any of our future needs.

Dan, you are definitely the man! Without a doubt, Nick and I made the right choice when we took your advice and went with the double doors, full glass, as opposed to the single door with two side lights. The doors are truly magnificent in quality and appearance. We now have a beautiful entrance in our center hall colonial where the sun and daylight shine through all day. It is amazing how much the new entranceway has changed the appearance on both the inside and outside of our home. This investment has definitely added elegance and enrichment to our home.
