Dear Danny,

Just to let you several estimates and presentations were given to us in reference to the double doors and I must admit your presentation and price was by far the best.

During your presentation my wife and I noticed how well spoken you were in addition passionate and detailed about your work. Please understand that my wife is very hard to please and she was impressed.

You showed us so many beautiful doors, designs and patterns, which was certainly appreciated because it helped us make our final decision. There was no rush from you and any question asked you answered so professionally, and you were very courteous. I was impressed when you made our door a crime scene by taking pictures, measurements and placing it on the computer to present to us.

We know we made the best choice in choosing Royal for our double doors. The doors were also installed to perfection. So, when asked "Where did you get those doors", we will simply reply "Royal" of course.

Dear Danny and crew.

I would like to start this letter with WHAT A MARVELOUS JOB your company has done with our home. Your advice on the type of windows I should put in the rooms was right on the money. We are so pleased with the job your crew has done.

Starting with Joe and Cesar, they are an excellent team. They were worked well together. Although they had to remove four old windows, cut into the walls to place structural support, close the opening from the old windows, installed four new beautiful windows, they were able to accomplish this all in one day. I did not have to take another day off for them to finish the job. They did not leave any garbage inside or outside. We were very impressed by the end result.

Next were Nick, Andres and Marcelo, and WOW!! What an amazing job they did with the complete Vinyl Siding on the back of our home. They were like the dream team. They were very thorough in their work. Andres went the extra mile to verify the job was complete by giving the house a once look over. Marcelo made sure they were no loose nails in our yard and did a great job cleaning the siding and yard.

These two teams that you have in your organization are OUTSTANDING. The quality of workmanship that they all portrayed was amazing. l will definitely choose Royal Windows again for future projects in our home. I will, without hesitation, recommend my friends and family to your company. I will have to thank my old landlord who recommended I go to Royal Windows when the time came that I own a home and need windows or doors.

My final thought of your company's dedication to complete the job in a professional and timely manner is unexplainable. You have made the outside and inside our home a very beautiful place to live. The new windows and siding has made a big difference in the atmosphere of our home. My friends and family have said that Royal Windows did a wonderful job.

Our front door is absolutely beautiful! You are truly a man of your word. Tom and I cannot stop talking about how well everything went and how happy we are with our new entranceway. The sun shines in through the stained glass and brightens up the whole living room. As you said, it is equivalent to having a beautiful piece of art. It has also been the most pleasant experience we have ever had with a contractor from beginning to end.

You impressed us tremendously when we first met by being so thorough and informative. You dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's. We felt very comfortable giving you a deposit on the day that we met even though we did not do our usual "shopping around".

Our neighbors are still stopping by to compliment us on how beautiful the door is and telling us horror stories of what happened to them. Your installer, Chris, is a perfectionist and truly loves what he does because it shows. He worked diligently on making the door fit like a glove and made creative adjustments along the way.

We recently purchased new doors for our home from Royal. We stopped at Royal without anything specific in mind. We just knew we wanted a new door for the front of our house.

In the following month or so we visited several other dealers. We returned to Royal because of our impression and feelings about Cesar.

We were right! Through our entire experience, until completion, Cesar was terrific. His knowledge and suggestions and follow through were first class. We ended up replacing three doors instead of just one.
