Your crew is also to be highly commended. Chris was not on1y friendly, but very skilled and confident. The door installation was a tough job with the brick work that had to be done, but his work was top notch. After the door installation Nick came by at the start of the siding project and each morning of the workday. All questions were answered, and any concerns addressed. We couldn't have been more pleased. Andrew did a great job with the siding and worked quite diligently.

As any homeowner knows it is extremely challenging to find honest, trustworthy, and highly skilled people to work on your home. We are so thrilled that we found all of these qualities in you and everyone we interacted with in your company. The transition of our home is amazing and as you predicted we love pulling into our driveway every day and admiring the beautiful work. I had another company work on my house about 4 years ago and they ruined it. Since then, I was afraid I would never find anyone capable enough to work on my house again.

My house had been deteriorating to the point where I had to do something. I came into your showroom looking for doors for my house and I met Cesar who told me you also do siding. I had been getting other estimates, but I felt comfortable with your company because you took my fears away and assured me you did quality work. I hired your company, and I am so glad that I did.

We just wanted to drop you a letter to say “Thank You” for our beautiful door. We came into your showroom not sure exactly what type of door we wanted and thanks to your patience and guidance ended up with a custom made masterpiece. We just had construction done to our home and our Royal door was the finishing touch it needed. Our house was transomed from a very plain house to an extraordinarily beautiful home.
Purchasing our door was probably the easiest part of this whole construction project. It was the only part that went quickly and smoothly.

Your installers were a pleasure to work with as well. We couldn't believe that they came the very next day after contacting us that our door was ready, we thought we would have to wait a few weeks. The day of installation, they came on time and left our house as clean if not cleaner than they found it. They were quick and very efficient.

Any time a homeowner makes a major purchase for home improvement, there is always a bit of fear, hesitancy and concern about going ahead with the project. When we originally called for an estimate, you provided excellent service to us - friendly and professional throughout the whole process.

Replacing the patio door and double hung windows for the dining room turned out to be a good experience - - all around.

Tony installed the patio door, and he was excellent. He's knowledgeable in his specialty, and he did very good work on these jobs. He's also very neat and careful in his work.
His assistant, Louie, also did a good job - careful as well. They both made sure the premises were completely cleaned before they left. We felt very comfortable with them.

As you know, our neighbor recommended your company, and we would recommend as well. There is a lot of competition in the industry, so the deciding factor on who to choose is often based on recommendation. A solid community reputation .is the foundation of a successful company.

Dear Cesar,

I apologize in my delay in writing you, to express my feelings regarding your company's handling of building and installing my four Oriel Double Hung windows that were 90" high & 62" wide, with matching the white interior of all my other windows and matching the exterior Teri tone color for all the other windows on the outside of my home.

To put it mildly, your firm was terrific. You promised to begin on a certain day, and to be completed within another day, this is unheard of in the building and construction industry. From the engineering to the installation everything went perfect. Even your prices were great. This was the best performance compared to all my other contractors who worked on my new house, considering I had taken a house that was built in 1977 down to the studs.

To add to this, the fact that your employer had honored me, by coming to my home to take pictures of the finished product, where having 4 windows 7-1/2 feet high that stand out, to make my beautiful California Mission ranch home that much more beautiful.

Dear Danny & Stuff:

I became acquainted with your company about 2 years ago when I was in desperate need of a back door. Most people do not go shopping for a door Christmas week, but when you must get a door because of an old age door that had warped you shop! We arrived at the showroom late on a Saturday afternoon: When we entered the showroom, the staff Christmas party was concluding. Under normal circumstances most companies would say leave and come back another day, but not "ROYAL". George excused himself from the party celebrations and helped us select and purchase a door for our house. The door was installed a few days later after being custom made. We were very happy with our purchase and your courteous service.

We remembered the "ROYAL" TREATMENT WE RECEIVED. We were not told to go away and come back another day. Our home was custom built by my relatives 56 years ago. The last time it was updated on the exterior was in the early 60's when another bathroom was added, and new shingles and a roof was installed.

It's 2006! Our house desperately needed new windows and vinyl siding to retain a good resale value and also for energy efficiency. Our new heating system that is 1 yr. old let us use1/3 less fuel this year. OUR BEDROOMS FACE northeast, and one faces SOUTEAST. Last winter was brutally cold and drafty.

The crew headed by Gus and Tony were efficient, organized, neat, and courteous. They knew what they were doing, arrived on time and accomplished the job in a timely manner. We love it! Our neighbors are amazed at the transformation and our elderly dad who is 92 and built the house with his brothers, after seeing a before and after picture said it was a good job too. This was a major expense and undertaking for us, but with a great team under the leadership of Daniel Wiener it ran smoothly…because Danny arrived personally every morning at 7:30 am to make sure that everything was in order. We slept well each night knowing that we had the "very best team…" The Royal Team" to perform our job. We were fortunate with the weather, and we provided breakfast and lunch for this great team. They were hardworking, and dedicated! The job took 6 days as planned, and they all went beyond the call of duty. We never had garbage on the lawn and no ugly dumpster. The house looks beautiful I would highly recommend ''Royal" to all my friends and relatives. Let Royal give you the "ROYAL" treatment too! You deserve it.
