While I almost never make such recommendations, your level of excellence and professionalism certainly warrants this exception!

From our first meeting and the initial planning stages to the prompt arrival and excellent work done by your installation crew (Tony and Antonio), to the fast and on time completion of the job and all follow up matters, I am certain there is no other company that can match your wonderful service! Everyone showed up on time, worked in a neat and clean manner and were always there when called.

Now that the windows have been in place for a full Winter season, I can further say that they have indeed proved themselves through several heavy wind and snowstorms, a blizzard and two nor’easters, as well as a torrential rainstorm or two.

Thinking of buying new windows or doors from (Royal Competitor)? Please take my advice and reconsider. I could write a 10-page letter to tell you about all the problems we have had with (Competitor’s) product and personnel. The bottom line is they are very helpful when you write the order but once the job is complete and the bill is paid in full everything changes. It not only takes a few days to receive a return call, but a few weeks to get someone out to your home to look at the problem and a few months to get someone out to fix the problem (which they never do). My wife and I have found the Entire staff including sales and service to be unprofessional, uncooperative and downright nasty and rude.

We gave up on trying to get results from (Competitor) and called a few other door companies and independent contractors that we found in the local paper. Nobody would touch my $5,400.00, 3-year-old front door that was leaking water from the bottom (under the saddle which destroyed my new floor).

We finally found Danny from Royal Windows and Doors who was the only one to come over and take a look at it. Once we investigated the problem together, we found that my entire frame was rotted out by water damage.

We were so pleased with the way Danny handled the problem that we decided to take a leap of faith and give Royal the job of replacing the door and the last 4 windows in the house that were never changed. After we saw the quality of work and the professional way the technician installed the door and windows, we decided to go back to Danny and complete all the projects we've been wanting to do.

Danny sat with us in his office for hours and explained all the design ideas that he drew up for us. The plans were so detailed and amazing that we told him to do all of it. We now have not only replaced 3 of the windows that (Competitor) installed with the door 3 years ago, but have also replaced my back door, installed a new transom over my front door, changed the vents on the sides of the house, and put new siding on the front of the house (not to mention changing the comer posts that 2 other siding professionals said could not be changed without damaging the stone work in the front). The level of organization, professionalism and courtesy that the entire staff shows is second to none. All work is done
on time as promised and all the technicians we had the pleasure to meet are exceptionally qualified, conscientious and do a very clean job.

I am looking forward to working with Danny and Royal Windows and Doors in the future when we are ready for our next project. It's very hard to find someone like Danny who is so committed to doing a great job and shows such passion in what he does. My wife and I have recommended Royal to all our friends and neighbors. We feel very confident that Royal Windows and Doors will do the same great job for them and for you as they have done for us. The choice is still yours to make. Make the right choice.

Gentlemen,

I had a very good experience yesterday!

The door I had ordered on January 26th was delivered yesterday. Let me start with Joe and his crew. They installed my entrance door (opening outward) perfectly, this project required several different skills, which they exhibited with ease. They left the area very clean, there was no evidence that a big job like that bad been done.

I love the door, it looks great. Obviously, I am very happy with the door and Joe and his crew.

My husband and I want to thank you very much for your advice on re-designing the front of the home that we recently purchased and began renovating. We changed every window and door in the house, re-sided the front, and added a portico.

The first improvements that we made to the to the house were following through on one of the designs you created We agreed with your recommendation and selected all casement windows for the front of the house, which included the gold slim perimeter grills. We also selected two all vinyl doors for ease of maintenance. The front door included brass hardware (with the lifetime guarantee) and knocker. We also selected your garden window for the kitchen.

Your crews were very competent and courteous, and performed all the carpentry and installation work as agreed. They were flexible on the job to allow for minor changes as the job progressed.

We would like to commend you and your company for all aspects of the job, including meeting promised delivery dates.

We should also make you aware of the overwhelmingly favorable response from all the neighbors, many of whom have gone out of their way to compliment us on the job. Just the other day, a person driving through our quiet community stopped to admire the house and comment on the front windows. Of course, we readily credited your company and referred them to you.
