To Whom it May Concern:

When we came to the Royal Windows and Doors showroom, we were greeted by a salesman named Daniel Wiener. Daniel showed us a sample window, explained how the window worked and how it was made. After learning about the windows, we decided to order windows for our home.

About four weeks later the windows were ready to be installed. The man who installed the windows, Bob Shevelin, removed the old windows with as very little mess as possible and cleaned up before he installed the new windows. Bob was very easy to work with, responsible and also very knowledgeable about his trade. We were very pleased in dealing with Royal Windows and Doors and would highly recommend them to other consumers.

Thank you so much for helping us design our new windows. The Bay window in the front of the house is magnificent, and the casement window in the kitchen is just perfect. I have a wonderful view from every window in our house. I am absolutely in love with our new front door and the new door handle and latch.

A thank you note

It's about time I thanked you for taking care of me.

My name is Jim Laino of twelfth street in W. Babylon.

I got a front door from ROYAL in June 2004 and a back door in July, a month later. The front door leaked when it rained, and you came to look at it. You said that the siding above the door was causing the water to flow inside the house. Do you remember me

Well, I called a siding guy who took off the vertical siding and installed horizontal siding, and that fixed the problem. I still don't understand why the water flowed in with the vertical siding but not with the horizontal, but it did.

Anyway, everything is okay, and I wanted you to know that.

My wife Helen broke her hip and was in the hospital for a month. Her recovery was slow, and she will never recover fully. She uses a walker and is completely housebound. I take care of her 100%, so I don't get much time to do what I want.

But at last, here is a sincere thank you.

This note is written to express my appreciation for the excellent work that was recently completed by Royal at my home and my mother's home. We are very pleased with the professional, courteous, and efficient manner the installation of the replacement windows went into the two homes. The quality of the windows is readily apparent, and they look better on the houses than they did in the showroom. We have been getting complements on their appearance, and feel they are substantial in their look and operation.

The roofing and siding work Royal provided at my mother's house was another job done with top quality materials in a considerate, and professional manner. We were again pleased with the know-how and efficiency of the Royal team during the removal of the old roof and shingles, and installation of the new exterior of the house. They did an especially good job building out and capping around the new windows.

Thank you for a very gratifying experience in dealing with your company. My recent purchase of all new windows for my home was a testament to good business practices.
From the initial visit my wife and I made to your beautiful showroom, to your low-key sales approach, the timeliness of the appointment for the measuring, the contract signing and immediate scheduling of the installation date was a very pleasant sales experience. Even though the sale was completed, the professionalism continued through the installation and final cleanup of the job site.

Your technicians, especially Leo, deserve mention as they did one great installation job. Every request from the sill cutbacks to the special inside trim were completed in a craftsman like manner. As for the exterior, he must be able to do the trim in his sleep. In just two days, the job was completed, not one piece of debris remained, and our home was back 1n an orderly state.

Dear George:

When my wife and I purchased our latest house, we knew right away that there would be a substantial amount of work that had to be done. The previous homeowner neglected his house and property for whatever reason, but we knew that the house would one day become a home.

Over the years, I have dealt with many contractors on my homes. And to be perfectly honest, a very small percentage of them are worth recommending. When I recommend someone, I feel personally responsible for the outcome of the project. My standards are high, and I expect that from people that I deal with.

I have recommended a very small amount of people that I have used to others, but I have never written to one of the companies that I dealt with to commend them on a job well done. That is until now.

Royal Windows have surpassed all my expectations and I find it necessary that I write this letter to you so you may share with your staff. Your windows and sliding door look great and have added a new dimension to the house. They work great and I am very pleased with the choices that we made.

However, one of the biggest things that stand out from your window quality was the quality of service that we received from everyone at Royal Window. Your installation crew was professional and courteous every time they showed up at our home. They displayed great concern when installing the windows and door, just as if they were working on their own home. If a problem arose, they fixed it. If a favor was asked of them, they did it If a question was asked, they answered it. They always had positive attitudes and made sure that the client was satisfied 100% of the time.

I would like to pass along the names of the persons that worked here, but unfortunately, you'll have to refer to your installation schedule, since I can only remember one of the names, and don't think it would be fair to mention just one name. I can only hope that you pass along my thanks to them for a job well done.

I will recommend you to family and friends, and hope they will listen to my suggestion when the time comes.

Last summer when we decided that we needed new windows, we embarked on a "search” to find the best and most reasonable windows. We were very fortunate to have come to your establishment since that was the end of our ''search".

We must say that the installation was not as disruptive as one would imagine. Your workers were very efficient and polite.

We are extremely pleased with the final product. As you know, we are near the water and were concerned with the impact that the wind has on our house. We are amazed that now we can hardly hear the wind - or the rain - or the outside noises!!!. The difference in the noise level - or the lack of it - is truly amazing. We are optimistic that the heating bills will diminish also.

The windows look beautiful, work effortlessly and are a great asset to our home.
